Hello everyone,
This Sunday is Palm Sunday. We will be looking at the eventful day when Jesus rode into Jerusalem as he made his journey towards the cross. Pastor Glenn will be speaking on a message titled, “From Palm Branches to the Cross”. Gregg will be leading the music/worship this Sunday, and we will also celebrate communion. The coffee will be prepared as well.
Join the Alderbrook Zoom Prayer time every Wednesday night from 7:30 pm – 8 pm as we gather together (through Zoom) to pray for our church, our community, and one another! It’s 30 minutes together as we pray, asking God to meet various needs and requests.

Upcoming Special Dates
Our annual Good Friday Hike will be at Heritage Park in Mission on April 18th! We will meet at 8:30 am and start the hike around 8:45 am to give people time to show up. A short devotional/sermon will take place at the top, and after we return, we’re going to hang out at Tim Hortons.
In Kidzone, we have been working through a series called “He Said What?” that explores Jesus’ Sermon on the Mount, breaking it down into six different parts. This Sunday we will be talking about “praying persistently about all things”!
On Sunday, April 20th, following the church service, we will be having an Easter egg hunt! Depending on the weather, it will be outside in the courtyard or downstairs, and all kids are invited to participate.
