Four days until Christmas!!
This Sunday is the fourth Sunday of Advent, which means that Christmas is coming very soon. We also realize that Christmas isn’t just presents, food, Christmas lights, and tinsel on the tree; there’s a much deeper meaning.
The word ‘Advent’ means a season of ‘waiting and preparation’ for both the celebration of Jesus’ birth at Christmas, but also the anticipation of the return of Christ at the Second Coming. Celebration and Anticipation!!
This Sunday, we have the children presenting their Christmas Play and Music. From past experiences, you will know that anything can happen with the shepherds, the wisemen, or the animals. We are always so excited to watch our children portray the most wonderful gift that God gives to us… “Unto us a Son is born, unto us a Son is given”.
