Hello everyone,
Happy Birthday to Canada!! It’s our 150th birthday and we certainly have a lot to celebrate!! First of all, lets remember how awesome our country is. I know we have more rain than we want, house prices are crazy and here in BC we still don’t know what type of government will be giving leadership..but for the most part..we live in an awesome part of the world. We are blessed!!
This Sunday we will be having an outdoor service/carnival on the beautiful campus of CBC. We are so fortunate to have found a home here at Columbia Bible College and this Sunday we get to enjoy the great outdoors. Our service starts at 10am with Andrew Potts leading worship, the coffee will be on and I will be bringing a devotional from God’s Word. (we will take a one week break from our Modern family series).
This is also the Sunday we say goodbye to Dave and Linda Dunn as they move to 100 Mile House…we will pray over them.
Right after church we have a great BBQ planned as well as a bunch of carnival games. Our interns have been working really hard and have been doing such a great job. You will love the Carnival!! Its going to be a lot of fun and a time when we can hang out with each other and eat together.
If you are travelling over the long weekend please stay safe and enjoy the wonderful rest with your family.

Kidzone is excited to announce their Summer Fun Days for this summer! July 5 & 19th from 9-12. Drop your kids off at CBC’s chapel for some games, snacks, stories, and crafts. Please email Allie for registration form (avdky@hotmail.ca). We will be meeting at Mill Lake’s splash pad on July 12th from 9-12 pending weather. We will also be having two date nights this summer. Youth meets Sunday evenings from 7:00-9:00, at CBC classroom 109. Join us to sweat, sing, study and snack!

MIDDLE SCHOOL YOUTH
Join us Sunday mornings during the preaching hour in the “orange room” with Jadon, as we go through the book of Matthew in the “In the Footsteps of Jesus” series.
