Sunday, March 31 || Alderbrook Church

Hi everyone,

Did you get enough Spring Break these past two weeks?
I’m sure that the kids (and the teachers) are saying, ‘no way’!!…but the parents have already circled Monday on the calendar!!

We are excited about this Sunday. Every Sunday is ‘super Sunday’ at Alderbrook…but this week it’s ‘SOUPER SUNDAY’.
Right after church everyone is welcome to stay for a delicious lunch ….
I look forward to sitting down after church and having a meal with everyone…it’s always great to spend a bit of extra time and get to know each other. Plus the food is always incredible!!

This Sunday, Gregg and the team will be leading our music/singing and I want to start a brand new series titled, MIRACLES. Jesus did some pretty awesome miracles when he walked on this earth. Sadly, a lot of people believe that miracles stopped when Jesus went to heaven. What would it take for you to believe that the ‘impossible is possible?’ This week we want to look at ‘How to Prepare For A Miracle’.

Cassidy and the Kidzone Team will be ready with some exciting Bible lessons for our children and Jared, Ty, Calvin, Brendan and Liam will be sharing more about the Youth fundraiser to get our teenagers to HistoryMaker (a youth/young adult event/festival happening in Chilliwack).

This Sunday at Kidzone

Hello Parents!

This week we had Sunday Funday and the kids were very excited to spend some of their Bible Bucks at the Bible Bank! They have been doing such a good job memorizing their verses this last month! For this week, the verse we are encouraging them to learn is: Philippians 4:8 – Whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable if anything is excellent or praiseworthy think about such things. We are excited for spring and Easter to come!
