Hi everyone,
It’s Missions Sunday at Alderbrook…but wait ..it gets much better.
First of all, I’ve always said about our church…”that I love, that you love.. to do Missions”.
It may sound a little mushy, but the truth is that we love doing the mission work at Alderbrook that God has called us to do.
This Sunday our Mexico 2020 Team (led by Walt/Sarah Siebert) will be hosting a luncheon right after church; yep, you guessed it… Mexican Food and Taco’s.
The food has already bee generously donated by the team, so that every dollar raised at the lunch goes into the Mexico outreach.
Plus, there will be a Silent Auction with some great gifts that you can bid on and win (just think of doing your Christmas shopping early and also supporting missions too!). Sounds like a win-win situation to me!!
If you want to check out where the team is going why not look at www.casadeluzmexico.com
We are also continuing our series titled, “Free to Be Me” as we’ve been looking at what God’s design is for our lives. Many people aren’t living into the purpose and the plan that God has. This Sunday we are going to look at what the Bible says about ‘Learning How to Forgive’.
Get ready for an awesome Sunday.
Adios!! (that’s all the Spanish I know…lol)
