Sunday, May 23 || Alderbrook Church

Hello everyone,

Do we all need a reminder that it’s the long weekend? It still feels a little strange with all of the travel restrictions and limitations, but we are hoping and praying that these will be lifted (or even modified) soon and we can take greater advantage of the nice weather…and also get back to church!!

The weather is getting nice and the days are getting longer, which usually means that this is the time when most families are making their summer plans and holidays, yet there are still so many uncertainties with the COVID restrictions.

This Sunday we are finishing our series called ‘RESET’…..people are looking for a ‘new normal’ once the pandemic and restriction cease. Will we ever get back to the way things were? Are we supposed to go back to how we’ve always done things? Do we need a ‘new normal’ or should we be looking at a ‘renewed normal’.

May 23rd RESET …when you’re feeling sad

The latest news and order from our BC Government and BC Health Organization is not allowing in-house gatherings for churches. Due to the present restrictions on gathering at the church we will be offering one (1) Sunday Zoom service that will start at 10 am.

Remember the Kidzone happens on Zoom every Sunday from 9:30am-9:45am. We are also planning our exciting and fun-filled activities for the kids and the youth this summer. Watch for upcoming information and how to register your kids and youth for these summer events.

See you this Sunday on Zoom.
