Sunday, August 29 || Alderbrook Church

Hello everyone,

We have reached the last Sunday in August!! Did you enjoy the summer? I love the summer and warmer weather, but I really look forward to the month of September when the nice weather continues but there’s the anticipation of the fall season….the leaves turning colors, kids heading back to school, and a great cup of coffee early in the morning!!

Alderbrook is recommending that people wear masks when attending church and encourage people to be vaccinated for the safety of the community in our church and city.

This Sunday we have an exciting and action-packed 10 am service at the CBC Chapel and it is also the final Sunday of our “Eleven Special ACC Summer Days” …we will be having a PIZZA LUNCH right after church (by donation). We will also be saying a huge thank you to our summer staff who have done an exceptional job with the various kids, youth, and church events…thank you, Cassidy, Jordan, Jared, Tyrone, Brayden, and Roksolana. All of you did a phenomenal job!!

We will also be starting a brand new series called “Who Are We?” Is It only me that has ever thought about that question? Who are we? How do we view ourselves? How does God view us?
