Sunday, December 3rd || Alderbrook Community Church

Hello everyone,

Welcome to the month of December as we start ‘Advent’, which simply means a time of waiting and preparation for  both the celebration of the birth of Jesus, but also his return at the Second Coming.

My good friend, Mark Lewis will be leading the music along with our awesome music team. Plus it’s PIZZA SUNDAY (by donation) so you don’t have to cook or clean up at home!!

We’ve got a great Sunday planned with all of the Kidzone classes with Madeline (welcome to the team) and Youth activities with Tyrone, Trinity, Kristen and Brendan gearing up …..and also Coffee 4:59 !!

We will be starting our Advent series titled, “Christmas Lights..The Weary World Rejoices”. This Sunday we are going to look at ‘Finding Hope in Difficult Times”.  What do you do when going through a difficult or tumultuous time? Are you willing to listen to God’s voice and are you ‘open’ to following his instruction? Let’s see what the Bible has to say:

Dec 3rd (Hope) Finding Hope in Difficult Times

Dec 10 (Peace)Peace in the Middle of Difficult Relationships

Dec 17 (Joy) Remembering Joy

**December 24th Christmas Eve Candlelight (5-6pm) *there will be no 10am service on Dec 24th

In case you can’t make it out to church, why not join us through the Zoom login.
