This Sunday, Gregg will be leading the music/worship! The coffee is on, the cookies are out, and our staff have some great activities for the kids and youth (Madeline, Geraldo, Brendan, and our CBC students).
This Sunday we finish our series titled, “The Church Is…”. I’m sure that everyone has an answer to complete that sentence, but what does the Bible say about church? Is it all about 10 am on Sunday morning, or is it more? This Sunday we will be looking at the topic of serving God and serving others in a message titled, “Won’t You be My Neighbor? Living Life for Others

You don’t need to make breakfast on Sunday, March 9th because it’s Cereal Sunday. Yes, all your favorite cereals to enjoy during Coffee 4:59! No prep or clean up, so come and have breakfast at church.
Mark your calendars for Sunday, March 9th for it’s Daylight Savings. Clocks go forward one hour, which means that we lose an hour of sleep, but we gain extra ‘light’ at the end of the day. Spring is on its way!
In Kidzone for the past few weeks we’ve been going through a series called Live in the Light. It calls children to follow Jesus and walk in His light by using the metaphor of God as light in the Bible, which can help us to see the path of truth clearly.

The youth are getting together this week for some worship practice on Friday, and next week they are having another youth night at CBC. We are also planning on having an outdoor plan from April going forward, where if the weather permits, the youth will meet outside for some fun and games!
