Hello everyone,
This Sunday we start a brand new series titled, ” True Freedom”. God says that whoever the Son (Jesus) sets free, is free indeed. The Bible says that we can know the truth and the truth will set us free. Is it possible? Are we able to live our lives above the things that drag us down or keep us in bondage? This Sunday we will be looking at the topic of “True Freedom… By Not Compromising our Values”.
You don’t need to make breakfast on Sunday, March 9th because it’s Cereal Sunday. Yes, all your favorite cereals to enjoy during Coffee 4:59! No prep or clean up, so come and have breakfast at church. We will also be featuring our Youth Band as Geraldo and the youth will be leading the music/worship this Sunday. The coffee will be on as well.
Remember that this Sunday, March 9th is Daylight Savings. Clocks go forward one hour, which means that we lose an hour of sleep, but we gain extra ‘light’ at the end of the day. Spring is on its way!

In Kidzone for the past few weeks we’ve been going through a series called Live in the Light. It calls children to follow Jesus and walk in His light by using the metaphor of God as light in the Bible, which can help us to see the path of truth clearly.

The youth are getting together this week for another youth night at CBC. We are also planning on having an outdoor plan from April going forward, where if the weather permits, the youth will meet outside for some fun and games!
