Eleven days until Christmas!!
This Sunday marks the third Sunday of Advent, signaling that Christmas is approaching soon. We also realize that Christmas isn’t just presents, food, Christmas lights, and tinsel on the tree; there’s a much deeper meaning.
The word ‘Advent’ means a season of ‘waiting and preparation’ for both the celebration of Jesus’ birth at Christmas, but also the anticipation of the return of Christ at the Second Coming. Celebration and Anticipation!!
We are continuing our Advent Series titled “Longing for Hope”. In every one of us, there is a desire, or a longing for something that we hold onto, something hopeful. In Jesus, we can find satisfaction for our souls and the strength and courage to face life every single day.
