Hello everyone,

This Sunday is June 1st !! Where in the world did the month of May go?

It seemed to just fly by…but I’m sure that the kids and teenagers can hardly wait to get out of school.

We have a great Sunday happening at Alderbrook this weekend.

First of all, its Souper Sunday right after church. This is always a great time just to sit together as a church family and eat….the food that arrives is always so delicious. If you haven’t been in church over the past two weeks and missed signing up on the clipboards, why not email Nicole Hamm, our Souper Sunday coordinator busyhammlets@yahoo.ca. She would love to add you to the list. Its also Name Tag Sunday…which is an excellent opportunity to get to know people…by their first name.

We also have a very special guest this weekend. If you remember back in February, we sent over 25 people down to work and share God’s love at Casa De Luz in Mexico. It was an incredible time of work, ministry, outreach. Every person that went on the team had an incredible experience that I’m sure that they will never forget. It is our pleasure to have Toni Santos, the co-director of Casa De Luz sharing with us this Sunday. Why not have a peek at their website (www.casadeluzmexico.com) before Sunday. We are looking to sending two teams down next year (February 8th-15th, 2015 and another in the month of July). Please talk with Walt and Sarah Siebert if you are interested.
